Our story

By the time I've pulled the data together and chased down context across teams, the moment to decide has already passed, and I still can't defend the call to the board.

The line we heard, in one form or another, everywhere

We heard a version of that line across 19 companies, six industries, three different job titles. Strategy leaders couldn't get to a defensible answer fast enough. Analytics leads couldn't escape being the answer-vending machine. AI builders had retrieval, not reasoning. Different clothing, same bottleneck.

So we built a room for it. Not a product community, a practitioner one. A newsletter first, then a small working cohort, then an open space once there was a real reason to be in it.

The problems are real, pulled from real decisions people were actually stuck on. The room is the point, and the practitioners in it are why it works.
